Volano a doppia massa bimassa DMF rinforzato VW/Audi cambio DSG DQ500

Volano a doppia massa rinforzato (DMF) per tutti i motori 2.5L TFSI con cambio DQ500.

In caso di montaggio di una frizione sportiva, si consiglia di sostituire contemporaneamente anche il volano a doppia massa. Ciò offre il vantaggio di eliminare immediatamente un punto debole ed evita un doppio intervento, che si renderebbe necessario in caso di guasto successivo. A coppie elevate, i denti dell’albero di ingresso o del volano vengono semplicemente tranciati.

Sostituiamo la corona dentata originale con un componente ricavato dal pieno in grado di sopportare una coppia notevolmente superiore.

Consiglio importante: i volani a massa singola non devono essere montati sul motore TFSI da 2,5 L. La conversione a un volano a massa singola rigido può causare la rottura dell’albero motore sul motore TFSI a 5 cilindri!

Perché è necessario un volano a doppia massa High-Boost?

Il nostro volano High-Boost è dotato di un inserto rinforzato ricavato da un unico pezzo. L’inserto è fresato da un blocco solido ed è quindi particolarmente resistente. Ciò risolve il problema della trasmissione che non è più in grado di sopportare le elevate forze in presenza di coppie particolarmente elevate e che finisce per rompersi.
